All the gym classes - grades 1-5 -are currently working on their jump rope club cards to try to graduate to the next level. Grade 6-8 is finishing up a Hot shot Blitz shooting tournament.
The after - school Jump Rope Club is meeting today and March 2 from 3:30 - 4:30. Parents are welcome to stay and turn ropes!
The FLoor Hockey Club begins this Thursday for grades 3 - 12 and will be meeting also on Feb. 23 and March 2nd from 3:30 to 4:30.
Girls basketball - under the coaching of Bob Reason - is underway. the team includes girls from grade 5 - 8, and they are showing improvement every game. See the website calendar for the times of practices and games.

The 9-12 HEALTH class was visited Tuesday by a policeman ( Mr. Garrison) who shared about crime prevention and awareness.
On Wednesday they were treated to a representative from the American Red Cross who went over emergency first aid.
Friday, they will be receiving advice on fire prevention and what to do in the event of a fire, etc. from a local fireman from the Pinckney Fire Dept. ( Ms Lake's cousin).
Girl's Basketball - we are hoping to be starting a girls 5-8th grade team for the February season. PLease let Ms. Lake know if you are interested.
